What is your minimum order size?
We no longer have a minimum order size. Order just one lot or 1000 items!

What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time, we accept Paypal with a confirmed US or International address. We also accept Postal Money orders & corporate checks, and if your order is over 200.00 bank transfers.

How fast will my item arrive?
We wish that we could hand deliver everything overnight, but its simply not possible! As some items are created upon demand, some orders take 7-10 business days to process. In stock orders ship within 72 hours.

Especially if you order a large quantity, your order make take some time to fill as some items sell out very quickly. If you need something to arrive in a certain time frame, please contact us via email to check stock levels and shipping times. We want to accommodate you as much as we can!

I need to modify or cancel my order.
Unfortunately we cannot modify, change, exchange or cancel your order once it's been placed since our ordering process is automated and we do not keep your credit card information on file.

What is your return policy?
Check your order thoroughly upon receipt. As wholesalers, we cannot control how the jewelry will be used. Therefore any damaged or defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt of your order (within 24 hours). Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Sorry, but we cannot substitute a different item for any damaged or defective items.

To report damaged or defective items and/or arrange a return, contact us via email. A return authorization code is required prior to mailing back your return & no items returned without a code will be accepted. We are unable to accept returns for any other reason.

What about backorders?
Sometimes, an items will be temporarily out of stock. If an item cannot ship within 14 days, you will be issued a refund. We do not issue notifications if your items will ship within 14 days, but you can contact us any time for a status update. 
 
Can I ship to an address different than my Paypal address?
In order to protect you from fraud, we can only ship to your confirmed Paypal address. If you do not have a confirmed Paypal address, we can accept payment via US Mail to the address you specify.
 
Do you dropship?
Any orders paid for by mailed payment or bank transfer can be drop shipped or sent to a gift address. We will put your company name & address on the package and your client will never know we shipped their item. As our stock level is constantly changing and we cannot ship all items immediately, we suggest that you make sure your customers know that there may be a delay.
